Shipping Policy

We currently ship to all governorates within Egypt.

Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery Time:
* Cairo & Giza: 2-3 business days
* Other governorates: 3-5 business days

Shipping Fees:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of our products (dietary supplements and topical care items), we can only accept returns under the following conditions:

* The product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging
* The return request is made within 14 days of delivery
* Proof of purchase is provided

We cannot accept returns for:
* Opened or used products
* Products without original packaging
* Products past the 14-day return window

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
